Build. Lead.
Understand. Change.
My name is Jakob Lindvall. My experience spans international business, entrepreneurship, innovation hubs and policy. ALDAB Innovation is rooted in the meeting of these worlds.
Experience across different levels.
After completing my MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management at Linköping University, I joined Ericsson and worked in Swedish and international settings.
Technology startups followed, along with leadership at Norrköping Science Park and the development of innovation hubs and ecosystems. As co-founder and CEO of Wide Ideas, I worked both on an international SaaS business and on building innovation capability among its customers.
This brought experience of implementing change under different conditions: in large organisations, in young companies and through interaction between independent actors.
From practice to theory. And back again.
Today, I work with system innovation, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and the development of innovation ecosystems and policy.
Work with SISP and other innovation hubs, SustainGov, and international organisations such as UNECE and UNCTAD offers different perspectives on the same fundamental question: how do we build the capacity to create change together?
Based in Åre.
Working internationally.
Åre is home. Nature, skiing and sailing are an important part of life outside work.
ALDAB Innovation is a brand of Angland Lindvall Development AB. I work on Swedish and international assignments, drawing on the combination of practical experience and analytical work at the heart of the company.
